Have a birthday party with a different theme, ART. Birthday parties at the Art Center are generally scheduled for two hours and include art instruction plus all materials for one and a half hours. The host may then serve birthday cake, etc. Instead of the usual goodie bag, each guest goes home with an original 11”x14” acrylic painting as a souvenir of the party at the Center. Cost is $20 per person. Reservations at 869-2320 or party hostess at

First Fridays provide a great opportunity for BAA artists to come to the Art Center and interact with our visi-tors. These interactions frequently result in sales, so drop in and market your creations. Also, don’t forget to tell your friends that the Art Center is located at 1607 19th Street in Downtown Bakersfield.
