Art Show Guidelines:
All BAA members may participate. Sign up in the notebook in the Art Center! Maximum 6 A-Frames or 10x10
wire display, 1 card rack, 1 print rack, 1 small table, business cards and a ballpoint pen for invoices; wear a name tag, dress for
success. Pick up price tags at the Art Center or make your own. Put title of artwork, copyright date, artist’s name, address and phone
number on back of every painting/photograph; 25% commission paid to BAA on all sales. |
February 3. First Friday BAA Sidewalk Art Show and Reception for Norma Neil 6 to 8 p.m. 30% commission.
February 11. BAA Art Show at
the Symphony. Mozart Don Giovanni with Opera Soloists. Set up at noon. Return at 6:15. Take-down 30 minutes after concert. Sign up
at the Art Center. 30% commission (1/2 to Symphony and 1/2 to BAA). Wanted: two (2) volunteers. We need two volunteers to write up
sales tickets at the Symphony Art Shows. You will also be able to go in for the concert free of charge. Sign up in the Art Center.

Art in Businesses Guidelines: 16 x 20 minimum size, maximum 2 paintings per artist at group show locations. All BAA members may participate;
just call the coordinator of each site; 30% commission paid to the BAA; all work must have wire for hanging; D rings are recommended;
price tags are available at the gallery or you may make your own; all paintings must have a label on the back with name of painting,
copyright date/date printed, artist's name and phone number.
