 MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

     Meetings are scheduled the second Saturday of each month, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon, at the GALLERY OF ART in East Hills Mall, near the SE entrance.  Meetings are held September through June except for December.  If you have any questions, call Karen King (Programs) 664-8998 or Toni Lott, Membership, 873-4255

THANKS FROM BAA

     The BAA and Gallery Committee wants to extend their thanks to all those members who have donated their time and labor to the gallery.  We will name but a few and remember those we have forgotten:

     We can't say enough about what all that these five do to make this gallery work — Fred Jacober, Shirley Rowles, Joyce Ogborn, Heartha Flesher and Richard Geissel.

     Here are a few other special thanks:  Joyce Ogborn and Nancy Ely for all their hard work setting up the Library;

     Heartha Flesher and Stella Mullins for organizing the kitchen/storage area;

     Gallery sitters—Elleta Abuliel, Paula Ash, Jim Bates, R. Diaz, Heartha Flesher, Patti and John Doolittle, Annabelle Poynter, Dwight Ross, Richard Geissel, Iva Fendrick, Cassandra Mansfield, Mel and Shirley Paleo, Ron Schilling, Margaret Stephens, Mrs. Sweeney, and Charlotte White among many others;

     James Bates always helps with anything asked of him;

     Margaret Stephens and Heartha Flesher for sewing table covers;

     Mel Paleo and Dwight Ross for painting pedestals and cabinets;

     John Doolittle for all his help with Electrical and Lighting;

     And for painting the gallery at different times—Heartha Flesher, Mary Lou Slinkard, Don Golden, Margaret Stephens, Iva Fendrick, Patti Doolittle plus many others.

     And we also extend a thanks to our gallery participants who take care of our gallery and handle sales twice a month.
